Announcing the Updated Great Pond and Long Pond Laminated Charts!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are excited to announce the release of our newly updated charts for Great Pond and Long Pond! These high-quality, durable 11" x 17" charts are now available at the BLA Raffle tables and select local retailers.  Created by a leading cartographer, the new charts are laminated with a matte finish for greater visibility while on the lakes.
 What’s New?

Last updated 16 years ago, our charts now reflect the latest updates since 2008, ensuring you have the most current information.

New Colby Depth Data: Thanks to Colby College, our charts now include updated bathymetric (depth) data to help you navigate the waters more accurately.

Additional Landmarks: Discover new points of interest to enhance your experience.

Updated buoy locations: the latest lat/long locations of both the navigational buoys and water quality buoys provided by the State of Maine and 7 Lakes Alliance

Hiking Trail Heads: Identify the marked hiking trail heads to plan your next adventure.

Don't miss out—visit the BLA Raffle tables or select local retailers to get your updated chart now!  Note frameable 2’ x 3’ poster-sized versions will also be available soon! 

Prices are correct:
 
11'x17" laminated chart is $10 retail (sold directly by the BLA)
 
Poster is 24" x 36" (unframed) for $40 retail
 
The 11" x 17" charts (250 for each lake) will be ready this Friday.  I'm awaiting a sample of the poster and anticipate that they will be available by 6/21.
 
There was a consensus, although not voted on, not to sell the posters at the raffle table as to not cannibalize ticket sales.  We will have the smaller, laminated, charts available however.
